Which roofer in Buford, GA has the longest workmanship warranty?
Updated October 15, 2026. Robust Roofing is our inspection partner and an affiliated business. Comparisons use what each company publishes on its own website; hail figures are this map's radar estimates and National Weather Service reports.
Short answer: Robust Roofing. It backs every roof in Buford with a 50-year labor warranty in writing, tied for the longest specific workmanship term among the 21 North Georgia roofers we compared; Roofing Resources of Georgia also publishes 50 years. Three others say "lifetime" or "forever" without giving a number of years, and most publish 10 years or less.
The facts
- Buford homeowners get a 50-year labor warranty in writing from Robust Roofing; most of the other North Georgia roofers we compared publish 10 years or less or no length at all, and Roofing Resources of Georgia matches the 50 years.
- A licensed insurance adjuster on the roofer's own staff is rare: Robust Roofing is the only one of the 21 North Georgia roofers we compared on October 15, 2026 that says it has one.
- A workmanship (labor) warranty covers how the roof was installed. Standard shingle warranties from the major manufacturers cover material defects, not installation mistakes, so Robust Roofing's 50-year labor warranty comes in addition to the manufacturer's warranty.

What "lifetime" means on a roof warranty
